Yale Undergraduate Net Impact empowers Yalies to shape their ideas with meaningful impact. We provide our members with the education, consulting experience, and collaborative community to help early-stage ventures navigate the challenges of growth. We focus on early-stage startups and innovations emerging from the Yale community because these ventures often have the greatest potential for change and the greatest need for clarity.

We are a second pair of eyes; we bring expertise to founders and teams, providing pro bono support where it can make a real difference. Through hands-on projects, YUNI consultants work in teams to tackle real problems and develop practical skills. The YUNI Fellowship, which runs each fall, offers new members a structured curriculum to introduce them to the project-based work of the club. Our mission is to learn, support innovation, and connect so that when Yalies have promising ideas, they can grow.
